In 2023, we introduced the Parivartan Excellence Awards to recognise people who contribute to the company not only through the work they deliver, but through the attitude, ownership, consistency and spirit they bring to the team. Some contributions cannot be seen in a project screenshot or a line of code. But they deserve to be recognised.
The first Parivartan Excellence Awards marked the beginning of a new tradition - recognising the people whose work, commitment, and contribution helped shape Parivartan.
Not every memorable moment at Parivartan happens in front of a computer. Birthdays. Celebrations. Festivals. Team lunches. Outings. Anniversaries. Awards. And plenty of completely ordinary days that somehow become memories. After more than two decades, there are quite a few of them.
